Cancellation And Refund Policy

17th National Conference of Association of Obstetric Anaesthesiologists

All requests for cancellation of registration and accommodation must be sent in writing & must be accompanied by the original to the conference secretariat. Deduction of the charges will be as follows:
Cancellation till April 30, 2024 = 25% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted.
Cancellation till June 30, 2024 = 50% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted.
Cancellation till August 31, 2024 = 75% of registration & accommodation charges will be deducted.
No refund for the cancellation request after 1st September 2024.
Refund will be initiated/transferred by Online, DD/ Cheque only after the conference.
Registration is not transferable.
Refunds will be made post conference.
GST will not be considered for refund.
Refunds will be done post conference after settling of accounts is done.
